What Should I do if I'm Notified that my Bank Account Info is Invalid?

If we aren't able to send money to your bank account information on file, you will be notified by Payable that your bank account information is invalid. If this happens to you, don't fret! It is a very common issue that we see, and we've automated the resolution process so that it is as smooth as possible.

The first thing you should do in the event of invalid bank account information is to consult with your bank for the correct information. This is the most surefire way to know that you are using the correct routing and account number combination. Once you're confident that you've obtained the correct information, update your bank account information from the My Account page (more on that here.)  

Upon submitting the new bank account information, we'll automatically send a new verification transfer and will also automatically send any pending or previously failed payments to the newly entered bank account.
