To add your bank account or update it after you've already signed up, click "My Account." This can either be found by pulling out the menu on your Payable mobile app/device:
OR on the web where your picture appears in the upper right-hand corner:
From there, add or update your bank information under the "Payments" section. This will help ensure we can get your payment to you as fast as possible!
If you are unable to update your banking information make sure the rest of your information like Date of Birth, Address, SSN, etc... are correct.
You can update the banking information anytime, but Payable recommends you do so when you don’t have a payment in transit. Understanding when your contracted company’s pay period begins and ends will help ensure there are no errors or delays in receiving funds.
